Find your voice and pursue mental wellness through proven therapies with cultural sensitivity

Our Services

Individual Counseling

Individual therapy focuses on one’s history, triggers, relational and thought patterns, and coping skills with cultural sensitivity. I believe that every current issue can be traced back to our history and family pathology. I utilize Cognitive-behavioral therapy, known as CBT to assist in processing your thoughts to change your behavior and relationships. Challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviors takes vulnerability, accountability and most importantly support.

*Christian Counseling is offered as well.

Adolescent Counseling
(12-18 years old)

Using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, if needed, we explore daily living patterns, friendships, social and academic stressors, and family conflicts that add to the existing toughness of this development stage called adolescence. We utilize therapeutic games to initiate and sustain engagement in the therapeutic process to assist in creating a toolbox of effective coping and communication skills to decrease anxiety, depression, negative influences, and isolation in your teenager.

    • Bullying

    • Sudden decline in school grades and participation
